General terms and conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Reflection period: the period within which the consumer can make use of his right of withdrawal;
Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with Splice Padel ;
Day: calendar day;
Duration transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the supply and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time;
Durable medium: any instrument that enables the consumer or Splice Padel to store information addressed personally to him in a way accessible for future consultation and unaltered reproduction;
Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period;
Entrepreneur: Splice Padel ;
Distance contract: a contract concluded between Splice Padel and the consumer via a distance selling system;
Distance communication technology: means that can be used to conclude an agreement without the consumer and the trader being in the same room at the same time;
General Terms and Conditions: these General Terms and Conditions of Splice Padel .

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Splice Padel and to every distance contract concluded between Splice Padel and the consumer.
Before the agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, the consumer will be informed where the terms and conditions can be viewed and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If, in addition to these general terms and conditions, specific product or service conditions also apply, the consumer may, in the event of a conflict, rely on the provision that is most favourable to him.
If any provision is void in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain fully in force.
Article 4 – The offer
The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind Splice Padel .
Images are a true representation, but colors may vary.
The offer clearly states:

the price (excluding import VAT and customs clearance charges);

postage costs;
-
method of payment and delivery;
-
whether or not the right of withdrawal applies;

the term of delivery.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.
Splice Padel confirms the order electronically.
Splice Padel reserves the right to refuse an order for valid reasons.
Each agreement is entered into subject to availability.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product with care.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Splice Padel of this in writing by email within 14 days.
After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days. Returns can be sent directly to the Splice Padel supplier in China.
If not reported or returned on time, the right of withdrawal lapses.
Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal
Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the consumer, including international return shipping costs.
Splice Padel will refund the paid amount within 14 days of cancellation, provided the product has been received or proof of return has been provided.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be excluded for products:

that are custom-made or personally made;

which are hygienically sealed and of which the seal has been broken;

that are not suitable for return.
Exclusion is always clearly stated in advance.
Article 9 – The price
Prices will not be increased within the validity period of the offer.
All prices are exclusive of import VAT and customs clearance charges.
Printing and typographical errors reserved.
Article 10 – Conformity and warranty
Products must comply with the agreement.
Defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receipt.
The warranty is the same as the manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty is void in case of improper use or self-repairs.
Article 11 – Delivery and execution
Orders will be shipped within 14 days at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
In case of delay, the consumer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge.
The risk lies with Splice Padel until delivery to the consumer.
Article 12 – Long-term transactions
Long-term transactions can be cancelled at any time with a notice period of up to one month.
Tacit renewal for a fixed period is not permitted.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment must be made within 7 working days.
Any inaccuracies in payment details must be reported immediately.
In case of non-payment, reasonable costs may be charged.
Article 14 – Complaints procedure
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of detection.
Splice Padel will respond within 14 days.
Article 15 – Disputes
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
